Put a mortgage calculator on your site

If you write about overpaying a mortgage, either of these calculators can sit inside your own page. It is free, there is nothing to sign up for, and it works out the same figures as the calculators here.

How it works

Copy the code for the calculator you want and paste it into your page as HTML — in WordPress, a Custom HTML block.
It fills the width of your column and grows to fit on a phone, where the fields stack.
Please keep the credit line beneath it. That line is all we ask in return.

What your readers’ figures do

Nothing. The arithmetic runs in the reader’s own browser: what they type is not stored, not sent to us, and not seen by anybody. The embedded calculator sets no cookies and carries no analytics.

What the calculators are, and are not

They are arithmetic on figures the reader supplies. They do not recommend a course of action, name a lender or say what anybody’s mortgage ought to be, and every embedded calculator says beneath it that its figures are estimates and not financial advice. How the calculation model works.
