What these are, and are not
They are arithmetic on figures you supply. They do not recommend a course of action, name a lender, or tell you what your mortgage ought to be — that would be advice, and Mortgage Meadow is not regulated by the FCA and does not need to be. Your lender’s own figures are the authoritative ones; where they differ from these, theirs are right. How the calculation model works.
